“There was an annoying delay due to bad weather and a problem with the scaffolder and Patrick not communicating with me. However Patrick worked hard, is courteous and tidy, and as he had quoted for a three day job, which he completed in one day, he undertook some other minor works at no extra cost. I will use him again.”
